Ashitaba (Angelica keiskei), also known as the “Tomorrow’s Leaf”, is a rare Japanese medicinal herb prized for its powerful healing and rejuvenating properties. The name comes from its ability to regrow new leaves overnight. Ashitaba is rich in vitamins, chlorophyll, and antioxidants, supporting immune health, metabolism, and longevity. With its lush green leaves and mild celery-like flavor, it’s perfect for smoothies, teas, and salads.
