Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Pixi Seeds. We are committed to delivering high-quality seeds from our farms in India directly to your doorstep in the United States. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Cost & Destinations

  • Destination: We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.
  • Shipping Fee: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.

2. Delivery Timeline

Your total delivery time is the sum of our Handling Time and the Transit Time.

Handling Time 2 – 3 Days Monday – Friday
Transit Time 6 – 8 Days Monday – Friday
Total Estimated Delivery 8 – 11 Days Business Days
  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (IST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Operating Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or Indian Public Holidays.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Import Duties: All orders are shipped from India. For most personal seed orders under $800, there are typically no import duties for US customers.
  • Responsibility: If any local customs fees or import taxes are levied by US Customs, these are the responsibility of the customer. However, we strive to provide all necessary documentation to ensure a smooth clearance process.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

  • Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
  • You can track your package directly through our carrier's website or via the link provided in your email.

5. Delivery Issues & Address Changes

  • Address Changes: Please contact us at support@pixiseeds.com within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to update your address. We cannot change the destination once the package has been handed over to the courier.
  • Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may apply.
  • Lost/Damaged in Transit: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your seeds.
